Everyone: I could not be more excited to welcome you to the latest version of my web site!

Over the years, I’ve had thousands of thoughtful, thought-provoking interactions with all of you—my fans—through snail mail, e-mail, social media and in person. You’ve made me the center of a passionate, powerful community, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

What I’d like to do is take that community, and to give all of you a voice.

So perhaps the largest change on the site is the addition of what I’m calling #DearHope. #DearHope is my effort to bring all of us together, and give you a place to discuss the issues that matter to you most.  Sometimes, I’ll select a theme and encourage you to submit questions, comments or stories. Other times, our discussions will revolve around a question or issue you’re dealing with, or an experience you decide to share. Whatever the case, my hope is that together—with all the knowledge we have to share—we can create a real resource that will benefit us all.

You can submit your questions/thoughts for me here! I can’t wait to hear from you.

Speaking of which: I’ve also got a newsletter that’s going to start going out once a month. Make sure you sign up for it, which you can do right on this page (or any page of the site)! If you’re on my newsletter list, you’ll be the first to find out about appearances, sales in my store, exclusive content, and more. So sign up now!

Finally, we’ve also relaunched my store with some great new products, and some of our standbys, too. With the holidays around the corner, it’s the perfect time to grab that gift for someone you really care about!

Talk soon.
