What Is #DearHope?

If you’ve never been here before, let me explain what #DearHope is all about.

Over the years, I’ve had thousands of thoughtful, thought-provoking interactions with all of you—my fans—through snail mail, e-mail, social media and in person. You’ve made me the center of a passionate, powerful community, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

#DearHope is my effort to bring all of us together, and give you a place to discuss the issues that matter to you most. Sometimes, I’ll select a theme and encourage you to submit questions, comments or stories. Other times, our discussions will revolve around a question or issue you’re dealing with, or an experience you decide to share. Whatever the case, my hope is that together—with all the knowledge we have to share—we can create a real resource that will benefit us all.
