Last week, Hope Solo launched her new blog with a post titled “A Promising Start,” which told the story of her return to the U.S. Women’s National Team after a 30-day suspension.
Hope spoke on her time away from the team, the changes she has made in her life away from soccer, the squad’s dominant run through the Algarve Cup and its outlook going forward as the FIFA World Cup rapidly approaches.
Numerous news outlets shared the USWNT goalkeeper’s story, and fans across the country took to Twitter to talk about what Hope had to say in her first blog.
